  • 8 ounce Brie Cheese round
  • 5 figs fresh
  • ¼ cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • cup honey
  • 1 bunch basil fresh
  • toasted baguette slices for serving

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Unwrap the brie and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pile the figs and walnuts on top of the Brie and drizzle liberally with honey.
  • Cover loosely would aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is soft to the touch on the side of the rind.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate, then drizzle with additional honey and top with fresh basil.
  • Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
