Let's gather the ingredients!

  • 12 jalapeños cut in half and seeds removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place each half of the jalapeños on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, feta, chives, and garlic powder. Spoon the mixture evenly into all of the hollowed jalapeño, gently pressing it in to fill in the gaps.
  • In another bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of each jalapeño half.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with ranch dip on the side, and enjoy with family and friends!
