Curry-Roasted Chickpeas
Made with simple pantry ingredients, this dish takes very little time to prepare yet packs a punch when it comes to flavor. The fragrant aroma of caraway seeds, mustard seeds, and curry powder will fill your kitchen as the chickpeas roast in the oven

- 2 400g cans chickpeas
- 1½ tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Let's Begin!
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Drain the chickpeas and pat them with a tea towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
Transfer the chickpeas onto a roasting tray, toss with the oil, seeds, and seasoning, and roast them for 20 mins until golden brown.
While the chickpeas are still hot, immediately toss them in the curry powder.
