- 4 tbsp jalapeno minced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt

- ½ cup cotija cheese crumbled
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
