Let's gather the ingredients!
- 1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and quartered
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ lime juice and zest
- ½ tsp soy sauce
Let's Begin!
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.
Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the sprouts halfway through.
Sprinkle the sprouts with the minced garlic, then continue to fry for 2-3 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown.
In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a simmer. Continue to simmer until thickened, adjusting heat as necessary to prevent burning. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tablespoons oil, the lime juice and zest, and the soy sauce.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic dressing.
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
