Let's gather the ingredients!

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and quartered
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ lime juice and zest
  • ½ tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the sprouts halfway through.
  • Sprinkle the sprouts with the minced garlic, then continue to fry for 2-3 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a simmer. Continue to simmer until thickened, adjusting heat as necessary to prevent burning. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tablespoons oil, the lime juice and zest, and the soy sauce.
