Difference between oven-roasting and deep-frying potatoes

When it comes to the difference between oven-roasting and deep-frying potatoes for Patatas bravas, there is more to consider than simply flavor preference. Oven-roasting potatoes produce an offering that is significantly healthier than its deep-fried counterpart. Baked Patatas bravas can also be far more versatile in terms of texture and additional ingredients.
