  • 1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and quartered
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ lime juice and zest
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
